Scuba Club Cozumel Diving

The scuba diving boat dives take you out to Palancar Reef, which is part of the world's second largest barrier reef. So expect to see some 300 species of fish and over 100 types of corals. Stingrays, grouper, barracuda, turtles, nurse sharks, spiny lobsters, and eels are everywhere. You'll have the opportunity to do wall dives, explore pinnacles and tunnels. Most importantly, many of the dives here are easy drift dives. Scuba Club Cozumel dive boats commonly drop divers into the water. Afterwards the boats drift with the bubbles until divers surface. Some of the popular dive sites include: Santa Rosa, Al Cedrals, the Caves at Palancar Reef, San Francisco, the La Francesa, the Bricks, and the Plane wreck. In addition, you can also dive at nearby Chankanaab National Marine Park.

Attractions and Activities

Scuba Club Cozumel has seven custom built dive boats. So, dive packages include two morning dives. Another extra afternoon dive goes to the wreck of the Felipe Xicotencatl. Three times a week they do night dives trips. Of course beach diving is unlimited and night diving from the beach is a must do treat. Scuba Cozumel dive center is right on the property located near the rinse tanks and dive lockers. Moreover, across the street from the resort is the Scuba Cozumel retail dive store. Scuba Club Cozumel has two main restaurants and meals are included in most packages. It is a short walk to Dolphinaris, the Kaokao Chocolate Factory, and Discover Mexico Cozumel Park.  American name brand restaurants are located near the cruise ship terminal. It's a short drive up to the Mayan ruins at San Gervasio or take a trip down to Punta Sur Eco Park and lighthouse.
