DIVING FIJI

Dubbed the “Soft Coral Capital of the World”, flamboyant coral reefs boast a diversity of habitat and marine life. Therefore, even scuba diving greats call it paradise. 1000 marine species and several hundred types of corals and sponges bloom with flower-like beauty. Subsequently, discover the wondrous and diverse dive sites beneath the waves in these scuba diving regions. Viti Levu- some of Fiji’s best dive regions are just a vehicle ride away from the Nadi International Airport. So, you won't even have to leave the main island. Pacific Harbour & Beqa Lagoon are world renowned for its shark dives. The lagoon teems with marine life and you can expect pinnacles, wrecks and a plethora of soft corals. Bligh Waters and RakiRaki - The main islands' northern area is one of scuba diving’s best kept secrets. The Bligh Waters are nutrient-rich.  As a result, numerous schools of fish and larger predators are attracted. Divers will see humpback whales passing through these waters from July-October for breeding and calving. Taveuni Island– Somosomo Strait is a narrow body of water home to world famous dive sites. Hence, the colorful Rainbow Reef has dozens of dive sites. The famed Great White Wall is among the world’s best dives. Kadavu - The Great Astrolabe Reef is the southern-most island of Fiji. This means divers can see mantas, pilot whales (Apr-May) and hammerheads (Jul-Aug).
